How to delegate tasks that are hard to do?

• Paired Tasking: Do the task alongside the other person, and compare results afterwards. After 3-4 iterations, you can begin to delegate these hard tasks.

If you can afford to, delegate it. If you can’t yet afford to, automate it. Time is the most precious resource.

Never automate something that can be eliminated, and never delegate something that can be automated or streamlined.
