Never gossip about others

“Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.” — Eleanor Roosevelt

“When you judge another, you do not define them, you define yourself.” — Dr. Wayne Dyer

Do not gossip. Just don’t do it.

The way you talk about others is the way you talk to yourself.

When you talk bad about others, people wonder if you talk bad about them too.

Practice “Positive Gossip”

Make a habit of praising people when they’re not around. This is one of the fastest ways to foster a positive work/social environment.
