Things I Learned This Week
- 🧂Steinsalz (Rock Salt) is a type of natural salt that is mined from underground salt deposits, formed millions of years ago when ancient seas evaporated. Unlike sea salt, which is harvested from evaporated seawater, Steinsalz is extracted from rock layers deep beneath the earth’s surface.
- CRM（Customer Relationship Management） 即客戶關係管理，透過顧客資料與行為分析優化行銷與服務流程，提升忠誠度與營收，是現代企業關鍵工具。
- 「互通有無」意指彼此交換所缺，滿足各自需求，為貿易、合作與資源整合的基本邏輯。
- “I’m up for it.” 表示主動有興趣；“I’m down with that.” 表示隨和接受。語氣差異代表參與的主動性不同。
- USB Flash Drive（又稱 Thumb Drive）為拇指大小的儲存裝置，透過 USB 傳輸，廣泛用於備份與攜帶資料。
