    • Salt
    • Cinammon
    • Black Sesame/Cocoa Powder (5g)
    • Banana or Dates
    • (Greek) Yogurt
    • Nuts: 長壽果、核桃
    • Chia Seeds + Flaxseeds
    • Raw honey
  • Tips
    • Microwave Timer: 4 minutes
    • Add more water!

  • Ingredients
    • (Same as above)
    • Whey Protein Powder
    • Frozen Berries: 藍莓、草莓、覆盆莓
  • Tips
    • 盡量在前一晚做好:隔夜冷泡燕麥粥 (Overnight oats) 1
