• 「必比登（Bib Gourmand）」 是《米其林指南》中專為「物超所值、好吃不貴」餐廳設置的標示，是尋找台幣 1,000 元以內高 CP 值美食的指標。其名稱源自米其林吉祥物 Bibendum（胖寶） 的暱稱「Bib」與意指饕客的「Gourmand」。與高級 fine dining 以及米其林星級（Michelin Stars）定位不同，必比登的核心是性價比（value for money）：經濟實惠、風格鮮明、令人想再訪的日常料理，常見於街頭小吃、路邊攤、平價餐廳等。
• 馬卡道族（Makatao）是臺灣的平埔族群之一，隸屬南島語族，歷史上主要分布於臺灣西南部平原，涵蓋今日的高雄、臺南、屏東一帶；其傳統社會是男性入贅婦家的母系社會。
• 鹽酥雞 = Popcorn Chicken
• 足絲（Byssus / Beards） 是淡菜（Mussels）殼上那叢像乾掉海藻的細絲，具有固定作用，能讓淡菜在浪大、潮流強的環境中牢牢附著於岩石或人工結構；這些絲狀結構由足部分泌的「蛋白質」在海水中迅速硬化形成，展現出超強黏著力，其關鍵來自含有特殊胺基酸 DOPA，可在潮濕環境中與多種表面穩定結合，因此有人甚至稱它為「自然界最強的水下膠水之一」；足絲的獨特結構也讓科學家得以深入研發「醫療用生物膠（可在濕潤環境下縫合傷口）」與「水下黏著材料」。
